MATILDE Jewellery offers a range of thoughtfully designed, ethical jewellery products including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, all crafted from recycled gold and lab-grown diamonds.
We use craftspeople based in Turkey, who possess the techniques, skills and quality necessary to uphold the MATILDE values.
We purchase pre-loved gold from domestic U.S. customers, giving us a supply of 100% recycled precious metals. The scrap is predominantly in the form of unwanted jewellery, jewellery processing materials, which is then refined to make mill products (i.e. casting grain). The company we use holds the following certification, which covers more than just using recycled metals, it governs a range of business practices related to sustainability and ethical working conditions. Our lab-grown diamonds are created in Antwerp from Madestones.
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds and cost less to produce and generate a much lower carbon footprint. They are created under High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) using a tiny diamond seed, which then blossoms into a larger diamond as the carbon grows around it. If the product arrives to you faulty or damaged, drop us an email at info@matildejewellery.com and we will sort it out. If the product gets damaged in some way, depending on the damages we may be able to fix it for you. Either way, contact us via email at info@matildejewellery.com and we will help you in any way we can. Please note some repairs may require a small fee.
If a product is out of stock, you can simply register your interest and we will email you if and when it becomes available again.

If you want to cancel an order, just drop us an email at info@matildejewellery.comand if it hasn't left our warehouses we can cancel it. However if you want to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, you will have to wait for it to arrive to you and return the product. Please check our Returns & Exchanges policies for the conditions.
